Doctor Dimitri Palilis received his Doctorate of Audiology degree from RUSH University and has been a practicing audiologist for nearly 20 years,  He is a licensed dispensing Audiologist and the practice owner of Creative Hearing Solutions.  He has focused on eliminating hearing loss as a function of noise exposure through early detection and improved hearing protection and lives by the philosophy, “if a provider isn’t trying to eradicate the disease process they serve, they aren’t doing their job.”

Dr. Jacob Hall joined Creative Hearing Solutions in November 2025 after many years working alongside the practice as an industry clinical trainer for leading hearing aid manufacturers. Through that experience, Dr. Hall became deeply familiar with CHS’s unique approach to care and was drawn to the practice’s commitment to exceptional, guidance-level patient support.

Jocy brings over 20 years of expertise to insurance billing, specializing in streamlining claims processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maximizing reimbursement efficiency.  As Co-Practice and Insurance Manager for CHS, she plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to enhance both practice and billing performances. 

Carmen graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in public health, focusing on community health. After graduation, she worked as a health educator at a non-profit community health center, where she promoted healthy lifestyles and facilitated workshops on various health topics, including substance abuse prevention and mental health.

Abby is the Patient Care Coordinator at Creative Hearing Solutions, where she ensures that every patient has a seamless and positive experience. A graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Anthropology, Abby brings a unique perspective to her role. She draws on her understanding of human behavior, culture, and communication to create personalized and compassionate care for each patient. From managing appointments to providing ongoing support, Abby is committed to clear communication and making sure every patient feels valued and heard.

Susan is an alumni of UC Davis, where she earned a degree in Cognitive Science and Graphic Design. With a passion for both analytical thinking and creative expression, she has cultivated a unique skill set that bridges science and art. Currently, she applies her diverse talents as a tech and media specialist at Creative Hearing Solutions, where she plays an integral role in supporting audiological medical practices, hearing aid production efforts, and enhancing the practice’s online presence through social media management.

Mursal is a Patient Care Coordinator at Creative Hearing Solutions, where she is dedicated to delivering organized, compassionate, and patient-centered care. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering from CSU Monterey Bay, equipping her with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Born with a severe hearing loss and having grown up wearing hearing aids, Mursal brings valuable personal insight to her role.
