Meet Dimitri Palilis Au.D.

Dimitri Palilis received his doctorate degree (Au.D.) from RUSH University and has been a practicing audiologist for almost 17 years. Throughout his career, he was worked in a variety of capacities including research, clinical, occupational medicine and most recently, as a medical legal expert witness. Dr. Palilis has worked in multiple settings including diagnostic head and neck medical offices, hearing aid dispensing, pediatric, craniofacial and vestibular clinics. He has participated in a variety of research topics including custom earmold acoustics, military and law enforcement-based hearing protection, advanced diagnostic clinical topics, as well as hearing aid specific research. In addition, he has worked with thousands of veterans and workers compensation cases, resulting in successful outcomes for those involved.

Dr. Palilis’ is now the practice owner of Creative Hearing Solutions. His goal is to eliminate hearing loss as a function of noise exposure through early detection and improved hearing protection. He lives by the philosophy, “If a provider isn’t trying to eradicate the disease process they serve, they aren’t doing their job.”
