Meet Carmen Chen

Carmen graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in public health, focusing on community health. After graduation, she worked as a health educator at a non-profit community health center, where she promoted healthy lifestyles and facilitated workshops on various health topics, including substance abuse prevention and mental health. Later, she transitioned to a role as a medical case manager, supporting clients with chronic illnesses and navigating social welfare and healthcare services.

Currently, Carmen applies her extensive experience in case management to assist patients at Creative Hearing Solutions, helping them navigate hearing health, insurance coverage, and VA benefits for military veterans. Her comprehensive understanding of both healthcare and social services allows her to provide helpful support to individuals in need.

In her personal life, Carmen enjoys spending quality time with her two children, husband, and family dog. A true food enthusiast, she loves exploring new cuisines and trying out local restaurants, always open to discovering new flavors and dining experiences with family and friends.
