Jocy brings over 20 years of expertise to insurance billing, specializing in streamlining claims processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maximizing reimbursement efficiency.  As Co-Practice and Insurance Manager for CHS, she plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to enhance both practice and billing performances.  With a deep understanding of industry standards and requirements, she excels in navigating complex billing systems, resolving claim denials, and optimizing workflow.  Her leadership, dedication to accuracy, and commitment to continuous improvement have consistently driven positive results for both the practice and its patients.  In addition, her ability to train and mentor team members has strengthened the operation’s success and fostered a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Every year, Jocy embarks on a new adventure, visiting places she’s never been before. She immerses herself in diverse cultures and traditions.  She cherishes these experiences as they broaden her horizons and enrich her understanding of the world.  Cooking is also her therapy. Whether it’s trying exotic dishes from her travels or perfecting her favorite comfort foods, the kitchen is her creative haven.
