Meet Mursal Mousumi

Mursal is a Patient Care Coordinator at Creative Hearing Solutions, where she is dedicated to delivering organized, compassionate, and patient-centered care. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering from CSU Monterey Bay, equipping her with strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach. Born with a severe hearing loss and having grown up wearing hearing aids, Mursal brings valuable personal insight to her role. Her firsthand experience, combined with her knowledge of sign language and technology, allows her to connect deeply with patients, communicate clearly, and help guide them through their hearing care journey with empathy and understanding.

Outside of work, Mursal enjoys exploring different cuisines and cooking, experiencing new cultures, and spending time in nature. She loves traveling to new places, visiting Disneyland with her husband, and expressing creativity through photography and gardening.  She embraces both creativity and connection in all aspects of her life.
